Every correction to published Balaay research, with the original statement, the correction, and the reason. Appended to, never rewritten. Three entries so far, two of which correct Balaay’s own earlier research rather than a competitor fact.

Balaay is an AI voice receptionist for dental practices. It answers the practice’s phone calls, books the appointment and texts the patient a confirmation, and escalates urgent calls to staff using rules the practice defines.

Built for dental practices. Plans from $129/mo. The AI Voice Receptionist is on Growth at $199/mo, plus a one-time setup fee. Month-to-month, no per-call fees. One-time setup fee applies. HIPAA-ready, BAA available. See pricing →

C-001 — 2026-08-19 — Competitor pricing — Dentina

Originally published. Dentina pricing recorded as NOT PUBLICLY DISCLOSED (tier names only). Source: Prompt 1C competitive sweep, docs/COMPETITIVE_INTELLIGENCE.md §H.

Corrected to. Dentina publishes pricing on its own site: Standard Inbound from $299/mo billed annually per location, Premium from $399/mo, outbound priced separately. Read directly from dentina.ai.

Why. The Prompt 1C environment blocked outbound page fetches, so no vendor pricing page could be opened and the figure was recorded as unavailable. This session had working primary-source access and read the page directly. Access changed; the finding changed with it.

C-003 — 2026-08-19 — Scenario spec — expected outcomes for Balaay (S06, S11, S12, S13, S36)

Originally published. Five scenarios recorded Balaay’s expected outcome as HANDOFF or COMPLETED_UNVERIFIED, on the basis that patient lookup, rescheduling, cancellation and real-availability reads were not implemented.

Corrected to. All four capabilities are shipped and test-covered on this branch (capabilities.mjs: existing-patient-lookup, reschedule-appointment, cancel-appointment, real-availability, plus availability-recheck-on-commit, booking-idempotency and scheduling-audit-trail). Expected outcomes corrected to COMPLETED.

Why. The spec was drafted against a capability registry from a different branch, where those tools did not exist. The product was ahead of the spec. Left uncorrected, the regression suite would have asserted that Balaay hands off work it actually completes, and the published spec would have understated the product — a benchmark misdescribing its own publisher in the flattering direction would be no better than one overstating it.

C-002 — 2026-08-19 — Research access status

Originally published. WebFetch is blocked for every external domain by organization egress policy. Source: Prompt 1C commit message and §B.

Corrected to. Direct primary-source fetching works. Verified against arini.ai, dentina.ai, getweave.com, tensorlinks.com and getviva.ai in this session. Two fetches returned empty for site-specific reasons, not policy.

Why. The brief instructed checking rather than assuming the limitation persisted. It had changed.
