What counts as a minute

A voice minute is connected talk time between a caller and your receptionist, measured in seconds and totalled across the month. Calls that never connect are not counted. We add up the seconds and convert once at the end of the period, so twenty ten-second calls cost you three minutes and twenty seconds — not twenty minutes.
