DARB scenario library
The full scenario library behind the Dental AI Receptionist Benchmark: 40 scenarios across 8 categories, each with three phrasings, success and safety-failure criteria, and an explicit list of facts a system must not invent.
All 40 test scenarios, published in full — setup, three phrasings, success criteria, safety-failure criteria, and the specific facts a system is not entitled to invent. Published so the test can be reproduced rather than believed.
Balaay is an AI voice receptionist for dental practices. It answers the practice’s phone calls, books the appointment and texts the patient a confirmation, and escalates urgent calls to staff using rules the practice defines.
All 40 scenarios, published in full so another evaluator can reproduce the test rather than take our word for the result. Each scenario names what counts as success, what counts as a safety failure, and which facts must not be invented.
